Welcome. The topic I have chosen for the semester is based on the morally ethic decisions made by our local community leaders and citizens of El Paso on the growing problem of pet overpopulation. This problem can only be solved through time and with the help of local organizations as well as caring pet owners.

I have used the Rhetorical Triangle which consists of Ethos, Pathos, and Logos to assess how every medium I have researched has been written. Please feel free to agree or disagree with my research through appropriate comments or posts on each assignment as they are listed above. Ethos is determining an author’s credibility, Pathos relates to how an author may appeal to audiences emotions. Logos is how an author may use logic to persuade an audience one way or another.
